"Chuck" was driving his motorcycle and failed to negotiate a turn.
My first set of photos on January 22, 2015 included a T-shirt recently placed.

Returning to rephotograph the Descanso, the T-shirt was still there, just more aged. A jug of water was no longer by the site, and the flowering plant was disheveled.
